4. Phone conversations and Wechat communications
5. Technical Terms – how to generate your own glossary of terms
6. Practising Chinese – watching drama and using ChatGPT for conversations
7. Chinese business meetings and formal visits – protocols
8. Meals and dinner settings – alcohol and seating arrangements

Duration: approximately 4 hours study (spread over 12 instructional videos of 20 mins or less with 20 articles and videos as supplementary learning materials)
